*I wish I would have remembered to talk more about the experience of wearing them and changing them out often. I found many trays to be more than just slightly painful – some were difficult and I needed to take Ibuprofen. Just a heads up for those of you who don’t like taking meds or can’t. Everyone’s case is different for sure, but personally, many trays were rough.

After making beauty videos on Youtube for over 6 years, I came to the realization that the cycle of buying and trying would never really end. We would never be content with our purchases and keep seeking out a new thrill. I needed more to my life and I found solace in being happy with less. I am now working on obtaining a more minimalist lifestyle. Our home has lightened up in not only things, but in mind set. There’s so much more to life than getting caught up in what’s new and what’s next. What about now and the things you have that you once loved? Easy Healthy Breakfasts || Braces Friendly Meals

It can be difficult to find quick & healthy breakfast options for anyone, but is so much harder while wearing braces. I’m here to help!

I’m starting this series off with simple breakfast ideas: eggs with toast and avocado, coconut oatmeal, easy french toast, and a chocolate-banana-peanut butter smoothie!

Please note that if you have a hard time chewing seeds (like chia, flax, or hemp) you can grind them up in a coffee grinder. This way you can get the nutrition without worrying about them getting stuck in your braces 😉
