We Manage the space with either braces or Invisalign and a family dentist replace the missing tooth with either of the following options:
1. Implant
2. Porcelain Bridge
Depends on the occlusion, sometimes we are able to close the space completely and a family dentist reshape the canine to look like a missing lateral incisor.
During the orthodontic treatment with braces or Invisalign we are able to fill up the space with a pontic (fake tooth) temporarily.
